Ordering
Browse products, choose your size/color, click Add to Cart, then proceed to Checkout. Enter shipping details, select shipping & payment method, and complete payment. You'll receive an order confirmation once successful.
If your order has not been processed/shipped, we may be able to help update size, color, or address. Contact Customer Service as soon as possible with your Order Number. If the order is already shipped, changes may not be possible.
Cancellations are possible only before the order is processed. Once packed/shipped, cancellation is not available—please follow the return process (if eligible).
Check your spam/junk folder, and ensure your email/phone number is correct. If you still can't find it, contact Customer Service with your name and order details.
Payments & Promotions
We support common checkout options such as Bank Transfer/Virtual Account, E-Wallet, and Credit/Debit Card (available methods may vary depending on the checkout page).
Yes. Payments are processed through secure payment partners. We do not store your full card details.
Enter the code at checkout in the "Promo Code/Discount Code" field, then click Apply. Make sure the code is valid, not expired, and meets the requirements.
Common reasons: code expired, minimum spend not met, code limited to specific products/categories, already used, or cannot be combined with other promotions.
Usually promotions cannot be stacked. If multiple promos are available, the system will apply the best eligible option.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship to most areas in Indonesia. If your area is not serviceable, the checkout may not show shipping options.
Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends/holidays). During peak campaigns, processing may take longer.
Jabodetabek: ~2 days; Java (outside Jabodetabek): 3–5 days; Outside Java: up to 7 days. Delivery times can vary due to courier operations, weather, and peak seasons.
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/volume, and courier.
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp or in your account order page. Use it to track on the courier's website.
Yes—courier tracking sometimes updates with delays. If there's no movement for 48 hours, contact Customer Service with your order number and tracking details.
Check with household/security/neighbors first. If still missing, contact Customer Service within 24 hours so we can help investigate with the courier.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days from the date you receive the product, provided the item is unused, unwashed, in original condition, with tags/packaging intact, and proof of purchase available.
Yes—exchanges are allowed with certain conditions (subject to stock availability and product eligibility). Contact Customer Service and share your order number to check eligibility.
Clearance items (final sale).
Contact Customer Service and provide your order number, item(s), and reason. Our team will guide the steps and return address information.
If it's our fault (defect/wrong item), Kelme Indonesia covers return shipping. For exchange (e.g., size change), shipping is borne by the customer.
Once the returned item passes inspection, refunds are processed within a few business days via the original payment method (timing may vary by provider/bank).
Defects, Wrong Items & Claims
Contact us within 3 days from the date you receive the goods. For defect claims, an unboxing video is required as proof. We'll prioritize replacement/exchange or refund based on stock and eligibility.

Use the Size Guide on the product page. If you're between sizes, choose smaller for a fitted feel, or larger for a relaxed fit.
